How to buy the right sports bra
The most important thing when you are choosing a sports bra is bounce control. You don't want to damage your breasts while you are working out, and ordinary bras just don't give enough support.
It used to be that it was almost impossible to find a high impact sports bra that actually worked, but things have come a long way since then. Now there are many choices and options to choose from, so you are sure to find a sports bra that will work well for you. Here are my 2 steps that will help you find the right sports bra.
#1. Determine the level of support you need in your sports bra.
The level of support needed will depend on the type of physical activity you are doing. Activities such as running, aerobics, and most cardiovascular activities will require a higher level of support than practices such as yoga, Pilates, or weight lifting.
Some women prefer to go with a high level of support no matter which activity they are doing. This way their sports bra can take them easily from a high impact activity to another. Other women find that a high impact sports bra is too constraining for lower impact activities.

#2. Understand different cup sizes need different sports bras.
Not only should you gear the sports bra you get to the activity level you have, but you should also consider your cup size. Smaller cup sizes still need support, but often a compression type of bra will work very well at providing good support and minimizing bounce. These types of bras work well for A, B, and often C cups. A good example of this type of bra is the fruit of the loom bras.

A more well-endowed woman will want to consider a bra that offers both compression and separation. This type of bra will give better support. The best rated bra that I have found for D cups and up is the Enell bra.

Why get a good quality sports bra?
Once in a while people ask me if having a good quality sports bra is really that important. To that I say yes! Not only will the right sports bra reduce back pain and discomfort it will also protect your figure and reduce premature sagging. Getting a supportive sports bra is not only important, it is vital!

We have this negative connotation that a cheap sports bra is entirely absurd and useless. But not all of it is true as cheap does not mean low quality; it just means that it is of greater value to the person who has it. Defining what cheap means entirely depend on the person using this term as this is very subjective. Your cheap price may be expensive to me or vice versa, so cheap can be relatively associated to affordability or the capacity of the person to afford to buy a product such as a sports bra.
There is a lot cheap sports bra in the market. Some are made of highly known sports apparel manufacturers that are tried and tested in delivering high quality products but only in cheap prices. Although cheap really sounds negative to some of us, I will give you a different perspective about this negative insight.
Can a cheap sports bra do something good to you?
Of course it can. As mentioned awhile ago there is a vast of cheap sports bra in the market that are produced by high end or known manufacturers. Some of these sports bras are cheaply priced in order to cater those who can’t afford the more expensive sports bras available. But it does not automatically mean that these cheap sports bras cannot protect your breasts from damage or injuries as well as premature sagging.

Like any other sports bras, cheap sports bras can also give you great breast compression, encapsulation of breasts to give them a better lift and shape, as well good rib band and strap support so that you can move freely in doing your sports activities.
