This is a really cute bra, but is not for high impact workouts.  If you are running you will want something more supportive in your sports bras, but it is a great bra for A and B cups for walking or for yoga, and it looks great on its own or under tanks.  This style does however run big, so be sure to keep that in mind when ordering and order a size down.

I love the amazing support and the tight fit.  If you are doing yoga, you don’t want your clothes to get in the way, so this is a great bra for yoga (my personal favorite exercise).
