Breast measurement minus the rib cage band size is equal to the inches for your cup size

If your breasts measures up to 1 /2 inch larger than your band size, then your cup size is an AA. A measurement of 1 /2 inch to 1 inch more than the band size signifies an A cup, 1 to 2 inches signifies a B cup, 2 to 3 inches signifies a C cup, 3 to 4 inches signifies a D cup, and 4 to 5 inches signifies a DD or E cup.

Using the example above, with 4 inches difference, you will be using a cup D. But of course, this size may vary according to the bra size of the sports bra available in the market because some companies may offer true to size bra and others may not.

Step 4. Fitting
