This bra is rated for high impact activities and is ideal for a woman with a cup size of C or larger. It offers very strong support via both encapsulation and compression, which is the standard for creating a bra with control for a larger breasted women. It controls well even when running.

It has both a back hook closure with three settings and adjustable straps like a regular bra. The strap adjusters are at the front of the straps on this bra, which some people find uncomfortable.
