How an Enell sports bra should fit:

When you put your bra on for the first time it should be very snug – without being overly constricting.  You should still be able to move in it, but it should hold your breasts VERY still.  I recommend jumping up and down in it to see if you have a good, firm fit.  If it doesn’t feel firm enough you may need to go down a size.

Moisture Wicking & Soft

This bra also uses a very soft fabric and has seems that are finished both inside and out.  So even with it’s heavy duty construction there will be no chafing, and since it’s made of moisture wicking fabric it will keep you from getting all uncomfortable and sweaty. Overall the Enell is a very good choice for women who like to do high impact activities and want very good support and control in a sports bra.  The only real downside to this style is that it is very much a bra and not a fashion statement.  It is not a bra that I would wear without a shirt over it.  But for motion control it is one of the best sports bras on the market today.

How to care for your Enell.

Enell bras will last for a long time with the proper care.  Here are the simple steps to follow to get the most use out of your bra.

1. Completely hook the front of the bra – this prevents damage to the hook and eye closures.
2. Wash your bra on the gentle setting of your washer – in a lingerie bag, or handwash.
3. Air dry – Don’t put it in the dryer as it will break down the spandex fiber of the bra.

The final detail that I want to bring to your attention is the quick wicking material: Why is quick wicking fabric important?  Because you wear a sports bra to sweat in, that’s why.  A comfortable sports bra with wicking fabric results in less chafing and more comfort during your work out.  This means you can work out harder and longer… who doesn’t like that?
